JetAFresh Terms of Service Last updated: 10 July 2026 1. About these terms These terms apply to domestic and commercial cleaning services supplied by JetAFresh. By asking us to begin a service, or by accepting these terms through the website, you agree to them. 2. Regular cleaning plans only JetAFresh does not currently offer one-time cleans. Website submissions are requests to join a recurring cleaning round. A request is not accepted until JetAFresh confirms availability, pricing and the expected cleaning schedule. 3. Service area and scheduling Services are offered subject to route capacity in Chesterfield and surrounding areas. Cleaning is normally arranged around local authority collection days. Dates may change because of council delays, bank holidays, weather, vehicle problems, road closures or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. 4. Customer responsibilities The customer must provide accurate contact, address and collection-day information. The bin must be empty, accessible, unlocked and placed in a safe position after the council collection. 5. Missed or unavailable bins We cannot clean a bin that is full, contaminated with hazardous material, inaccessible, not presented, locked or otherwise unsafe to handle. 6. Cleaning standard JetAFresh will use reasonable care to wash, disinfect and deodorise the bin. Permanent staining, paint, hardened material, corrosion, pre-existing damage or ingrained residue may not be removable. Cleaning does not make a bin sterile. 7. Prices and payment The current price is confirmed when your place on a route is accepted. Prices may be changed by giving reasonable notice. 8. Cancellations You may ask to cancel a regular service by contacting JetAFresh. 9. Damage and liability Please tell us promptly if you believe damage occurred during a clean. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful. 10. Personal information Personal information is handled in line with the JetAFresh Privacy Notice. 11.
